Even with the monster jams 'Do You Love What You Feel' and 'Any Love', this is a very lackluster effort by Rufus. I blame this on several factors: One, Chaka Khan was doing very well in her solo career, and being recongnized for it(as well she should). Two: Members of the band were coming and going, and Three: instead of the group producing their own material, Producer Extrodinare, Quincy Jones had that job.

Now, don't get me wrong, I don't blame it totally on 'Q', I just feel that beyond maybe 4 songs, it just doesn't mesh well. I guess that's what happens when there are changes in a group constantly, and for Rufus, it took it's toll. Still, it's an ok set.
